My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

My visit to La Milano Moda Donna was on

Septembre 22, 2020.
I arrived in Milan on September 19, three
days before the opening of the Fair.
I flew from Bogotá to New York and from
New York to Italy.

The first day the CNMI FASHION CUBE

OPENING was held, in which famous
models paraded, the event sponsors
presented and the singer Alexander Pirex
entertained with his show

The second day was the Fashion Hub

Market. In it, twelve emerging brands
were selected, from among the entire
panorama of Italian national fashion. They
presented their collections, both fashion
and accessories, to other professionals,
but also to the press. It is the best possible
showcase to make yourself known.

On the second day, several events created

by brands were held, the history of the
mythical FILA brand was exhibited, such as
the Vogue talent search, the presentation
by Mercedes-Benz of Tiziano Guardini, and
the celebration of Luisa's 90th anniversary.

The third day the Milan Fashion Film

Festival was held. More than 200 films
related to fashion were screened, which
were chosen from approximately 800 from
around the world. With this, it is intended
to help young talents to approach this
field.

On the fourth and last day a committee

was held made up of members of
important brands, such as Versace, Fendi,
Prada, or Salvatore Ferragamo. The first to
perform her show was Prada, while the
closing was by Gucci. For novice designers,
Milano Moda Donna is an ideal space to
meet great professionals or to publicize
your own brand.

Attending this fair was incredible, I didn't

know Milan, that's why the last two days I
was in that city I really enjoyed getting to
know places like El Parque Sempione and
El Quadrilátero de Oro. It was great!
