WRITING EXERCISE

Write a short paragraph using the simple present tense about your daily routine, try to use as much
vocabulary as you can.

My Daily Routine

Hi. My name is Gisela Guerrero Palencia, I am from Colombia, I am from Monteria. I am 44 years
old, I am married to a wonderful man and I have three beautiful children, two boys and a girl.

I wake up at 5 a.m., I carry boys to school, then I go to the gym until 7:30. After I back to home and
I have breakfast and I also give breakfast to my baby. I go to the work at 8 am and back to home at
12:15 p.m. At 1:00 o'clock I pick up the children from school and we have lunch together. At 2:00
p.m. I go back to work until 6:00 p.m. Then I go to the university where I work as a teacher, until
8:30 p.m. Then I talk to the children and my husband, and we spend some time together until 9:30,
when we go to bed, before I take a bath and I check my social networks and at eleven pm I fall
asleep.
