 The process of communication
is of course very important and
often associated with difficulty.
The source of difficulty is the
contrast in language and
concept of the anthropologist
and his or her client

effective communication,
because anthropologist, like
any other scientist
communicate using their
own special code.
 It
should be apparent that
client-anthropologist
communication can be
difficult. Not only must
knowledge be transferred, but
there must be a certain
number of conceptual code.
 The style of communication
can vary with length of time
spent in the consultancy,
and the urgency and
concern communicated by
the client concerning the
issues.
