National Learning Service SENA Trade Center: Antioquia 2019 Improvement plan I have identified some aspects that should be improved or changed.
1. To constitute a work team, the
mission of this group of professionals is to analyze objectives and propose activities and measures to achieve them, so it must be formed by sufficiently qualified people. Train the staff as often as necessary. Carry out a follow-up and evaluation of the management every 4 months, in order to look at the progress made and decide if it is necessary to rethink some aspects or continue with the initial plan. Start the cycle of improvements to management, with certain dates and reviewable from time to time, in order to enter a circuit of continuous improvement. Thank you
