Improvement plan
 I have identified some aspects that
should be improved or changed.

1. To constitute a work team, the

mission of this group of professionals is
to analyze objectives and propose
activities and measures to achieve
them, so it must be formed by
sufficiently qualified people.
 Train the staff as often as necessary.
 Carry out a follow-up and
evaluation of the management
every 4 months, in order to
look at the progress made and
decide if it is necessary to
rethink some aspects or
continue with the initial plan.
 Start the cycle of improvements to management,
with certain dates and reviewable from time to
time, in order to enter a circuit of continuous
improvement.
