INTRODUCTION
BATIL PATONG IS THE TUGUEGARAO VERSION OF PANSIT. IT IS MADE OF LOCAL
NOODLES, GENEROUSLY TOPPED WITH GROUND BEEF, CRUNCHY CARAHAY, EGG
AND VEGESTABLES. THE “BATIL” IS A WARM EGG SUIP, WHICH IS POURED OVER
THE PANCIST, HENCE THE TERM “PATUNG”.

JREN’S PANCITERIA STARTED ON JUNE 1, 2006. SINCE PANCIT IS THE ALL-TIME


FAVORITE OF THE PEOPLE OF TUGUEGARAO. MRS. JANETTE BASSIG CAME UP
THE IDEA OF PUTTING A PANCITERIA BESIDE CARWASH AND BECAUSE A LOT OF
CUSTUMERS WERE ASKING FOR A CANTEEN OR RESTAURANT NEARBY. THE
PANCITERIA STARTED WITH A SMALL SPACE AND CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 20
CUSTOMERS. MS. TESSY IS THE PIONEER COOK OF JREN’S PANCITERIA ONE OF
THE BEST COOK IN THE TUGUEGARAO. THERE WERE NONSTIO CUSTUMER EVERY
DAY AND JREN’S BECAME THE ‘TALK OF THE TOWN’. SAME YEAR , THE BUSINESS
GREW BIGGER. THEY PUT A BAHAY KUBO AT THE BACK, WHERE PEOPLE CAN
STAY AND EAT PANCIT AND EXPANDED THE AREA. IT BECAME POPULAR AND
EVEN ADVERTIZED IN THE RADIO BROADCAST AND SOCIAL MEDIA. PEOPLE KEEP
COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR UNIQUE TASTE OF THEIR PANSIT. JREN’S
PANCITERIA STILL ONE OF THE FAVOURITES OF THE PEOPLE.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF JREN’S PANCITERIA POINT OF SALE WITH
TABLE RESERVATION SYSTEM WILL MAKE THE BUSINESS TRANSACTION
EASIER , FASTER AND ORGANIZED.THE GOAL OF THIS STUDY IS TO OUT
OUTLINE AND CREATE A SYSTEM THAT WILL MONITOR THE SALES ,
PROFIT PER DAY , AND INVENTORY , SPECIFICALLY , THE STUDY AIMS TO
PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING.
