 IMPORTANCE OF
HOBBIES
Everyone has their favorite hobbies in their
free time. The time in which they get bore.
Hobby refers to our favorite work that our
body likes to do in its free time. And it also
gives the relaxation and refreshment to our
body then whether its meditation, exercise,
drawing, dancing, singing, watching
television, playing outdoor or indoor
games, and so on that gives us relief.

 SINGING
• When we talk about singing,
most of us rarely talk about
our vocal cords, and would
begin by emphasizing our
breathing, since the first
action that we do is actually
to breathe before we even
begin to make any sound!
We believe that once we
train ourselves to be able to
control our breathing well,
we will be able to sing well
too.
• Songs are both spoken and
heard. Children do not have to
be able to read in order to learn
a song. And because songs are
filled with rhymes, alliteration,
and different sound patterns,
they actually celebrate the
sounds of language. Singing
favourite songs over and over
again helps children become
consciously aware of sounds
and the way we can
manipulate them — break
them apart, blend them
together, highlight certain ones
and minimize others.
 DRAWING
• Children’s drawings are interesting, especially to
artists, because of their honesty and their energy.
Unfortunately, these qualities are frequently
abandoned as they grow up and, for most
teenagers, a good drawing is one that resembles
a photograph, with the emphasis on precision
and neatness. The result is usually a tidy
drawing stripped of life; neat, dull and dead. The
great challenge is to revitalize drawing.
