                  ‘’THE POWER OF SINGING’’

We don’t sing to show our talent we sing to express our emotion.Sweet mood turns to
chilling songs.Bad mood turns to silent song.

My highly respect to our deares responsible, and handsome teacher sir Macky Paitan Carduza  . To
my friends, classmates, ladies and gentlemen a pleasant morning to one and all.

Singing is an essential part of childhood and of growing up. Even if there were no music in school,
children would still sing because it is a human behavior. It is a natural outcome of the way that our
brains and bodies are designed and function. There is a melody around us from the moment that we
enter in the world, weather experienced from the sounds of other living things such as human and non-
human animals, or from the music media sources that bring external sound worlds into our homes or
even in our personal transport.

Singing is the vocal production of musical tones, is so basic to man its origins are long lost in
antiquity and predate the development of spoken language. It likely the earliest singing was the
individualistic and improvisatory, a simple imitation of the sounds heard in nature. Singing also is the act
of producing musical sounds with the voice and augment regular speech by the use of sustained
tonality, rhythm, and a variety of vocal techniques.

According to the research, there are four benefits of singing, the physical, mental, social, and cultural.
This four benefits make us feels good, endorphins are released when we sing which help to promote
positive feeling's. This especially true when the time we sing, it can reduce stress, anxiety and increase
feelings of trust and well-being.

So’ as for me I love singing because it allows me to play with sounds and rhythm, particularly during
vocal improvisations, it make me feel as though I am part as bigger as myself. It helps to express what I
have imagined in mind and felt in the heart, and most importantly singing help me to heal the pain I felt
inside.

Therefore, we can't deny the fact that singing is almost heard everywhere we go in today's highly
connected society. Knowing how singing can affect our behaviors such as spending and giving could be a
great benefit to our society. Singing could have tremendous marketing implications. The one conclusion
with which we can all agree is that the impacts of Singing will continue to be highly topic in years to
come.
