What is Youth Ministry?
Youth Ministry is the specific
“branch” of the church’s mission,
directed to and involving the young
in general.
 Youth Ministry indeed flows
from the selfsame overall ministry of
the church, but is carried out as a
concrete expression addressed to
the young in their everyday situation
As young individuals, who do
you think are considered
“youth” in our society?
Who are the “youth”
in our society?
The youth in our society are
“those single persons who are
between 13-39 years of age.”
They are the ones considered
as main targets of the youth
ministry.
 Even those who do not fall under
the general characteristics are still
considered part of the youth ministry.
