Parts of
Health
Our health is not composed of
simply how we ”feel.”
There is much more to it than
that!
Physical health is achieved by maintaining fitness
and health through exercise and proper
nourishment.

Having good physical health improves an individual’s

overall health and reduces the chance of becoming
sick.
Physical
It also helps in faster recovery when an individual
has been unwell.

Out of the four, Physical health is the most visible.

Mental health deals with how we think, feel,
and act as we cope with life.

Mental health is important at every stage of life.

Mental
Mental illnesses are serious disorders which can
affect your thinking, mood, and behavior.

They may be occasional or long-lasting.

Emotions can be wonderful, joyous expressions.

However, they can also be detrimental to our

health and well-being.

Emotional
Emotionally healthy people are in control of
their emotions and behavior.

A healthy, happy emotional state doesn’t

usually happen without putting work into it.
Your overall health is not simply
determined to how healthy your
body is.

The Physical health is the most

Summary visible but it is not the only way to
tell if you are healthy.

The emotions play a HUGE role in

your overall health.
Using the posters and coloring devices,
create a poster with the four parts of health
and how they’re each important and also
how they’re all connected with each other.
Checking your
understanding
