THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF THE
USUAL THERAPY FOR LUMBAGO:
1. Physical therapy to strengthen muscles, improve movement and flexibility, as well
as improve posture.
2. Spinal manipulation, to regulate and stimulate the spine with the network around
him. This therapy can only be done by a certified physician.
3. Traction (traction), using weights to pulling back to balanced bone structure.
4. Biofeedback, using electrodes to monitor respiratory muscle strength, heart rate,
and temperature of the skin in order to customize it with the condition of the body.
5. Transcutaneous electrical neurostimulation (TENS), with battery-powered
implanting electrodes on the waist of the sick to block the problematic electrical
signals from the nervous system edge.
6. Nerve block. This therapy is done by pressing up to turn off the problematic nerve
stimulation using local anesthetic injections, botulinum toxin, or steroids on the part
of the pain.
7. Epidural steroid injections, i.e. short term therapy to relieve inflammation in the
waist.
