RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The total size of the sample was of 129 respondents, out of which
most are youngsters of the age group of 20-25.
For data analysis, the research tool used;

 Chi Square
 Weighted average
 Descriptive analysis
COLLECTION OF DATA

The data is collected from both primary and secondary sources.

 The primary data include using food delivery app in India to


customer approach and went with information gathered through the
questionnaire on the basis of assumptions.

 Secondary data collected from different Apps, Magazines, Different


website, internet, etc..
INTRODUCTION

The service sector contributes about 65% of GDP. Zomato is one of the standard app, which
provides the service to get the restaurant. People are ordering online through Apps or
websites. Apps are provided to the customers with the features and services provide to
match customer expectations. This situation exists throughout the world.
Digital technology is growing at a fast rate and with its effect, different industries will vary
with the food distribution business. The use of online portals is constantly increasing and it
is expected that they will expand at a faster pace even closer to the future. Our analysis
shows that in the whole food delivery market in 2016, 30% online penetration is available. It
is additionally believed that entry rates can increase as market get maturity, eventually
reaching 65% p.a. According to another analysis, users’ perceptions regarding the quality of
Zomato is a small amount compared to their chances of having a great service.

The purpose of this research is to find out, which features affecting to
customer, to use of the Food delivery App.
Analyse the graph, I can say that, fast service is best feature of
delivery app to attract the customer. And Food panda and swiggy is
more favourable among them. The quality and ordering experience of
the service provided by consumers is the second highest quality
service offered by the app.
CONCLUSION:

By the constant increase of professionals in cities of India, the food distribution and restaurant sectort
is now being concluded at a trenchant speed. Now a days every people using smartphones, which
sported by Food delivery App. Food delivery application became a major hit in all over India. There
are many apps, where people can order food at home, from the smartphones. From the data analyse
we can conclude that fast service is most appealing attributes. And Food-Panda and swiggy is more
favourable among them. The quality and ordering experience of the service provided by consumers is
the second highest quality service offered by the app. Discounts are considered as best significant
aspect when make order from Food-Panda and fasos. The study found that facilities offer by the food
distribution app, is play a key role for its success. The specific information related to customer
behaviour was influenced by the factors affecting the customer's responses and use, to be tabularized
and analysed to realize customers behaviour.
