 Introduction
The subject of the research is Statement of Account
monitoring system for Trimex Colleges, that aim for
three main problems for losing account statement,
counterfeiting account statement and guardians who
do not get the exact information of account
statements.

It aimed for these three problems, the transactions

between the school and guardians will be easier,
accurate and secured. The proposed system tends to
resolve the complaints between guardians and school
management.
 Introduction
Trimex Colleges is one of the college school in
city of Biñan. Trimex Colleges is headed by Mrs. Roch
Cruz. The school aimed to make their services
efficient and secured.
Trimex Colleges is still having issues about
transaction, complaints about guardians who do not
get real-time update and issue about counterfeiting
account statement.
The proposed Statement Account Monitoring
System for Trimex Colleges is a system that will
provide efficient way for transaction services.
Objectives of the study

Specifically , the develop system should be able

to perform the following:
A. Secured transactions.

B. Prevent counterfeiting of account statements.

C. Guardians will get the real time update of

SOA.

Scope of the Study

 It’s gives the direct payment information.

 System can provide original copy of accounts
statement through email.
 System automatically notify the guardian through
messaging.
 It’s makes the transaction and services fasters and
secured.
 The Software will display view of calculation of
every transaction .
 For the security and privacy of the management,
the monitoring system comply to login users with
different access level.
Limitations of the Study

 The proposed system is not available for online

and not accessible by unauthorized department
for security purposes of the disclose transactions.
