Summary of discussion with Davao Brewery Packaging Department

1) Confirm availability of power supply going to the new "Hermis" Tunnel Pasteurizer 440 Volts (three phase) 60 Hz.
Kindly provide details of the location where "Hermis" Motor Control Center cabinets will be placed including actual
position where the HMI control cabinet will be located. It would help if a layout can be provided with final location of
these cabinets that clearly shows physical dimensions/measurements of the floor area (for cable estimation,
equipment footing, etc.).

2) Copy of the existing floor layout of Line 2 that includes the position/concrete footing of the old pasteurizer to be
replaced; this would help us plan for the dismantling of the old pasteurizer and for installing the new "Hermis"
pasteurizer.

3) We would also like to have an estimate of the piping layout (length & DN size of the pipe if possible) of the
"coolant" coming from San Miguel's refrigeration plant, that will be needed by the "Hermis" tunnel pasteurizer in
order to operate the heat exchanger.

4) Lastly, a copy of the scope of work for this project that states the parameters that need to be met by the new tunnel
pasteurizer as required by your Brewing Technical Group.

Note: Hermis mentioned that at least six months lead time is needed to fulfill the order in case this project is awarded to
them
