CURRENT JOB OR NEW JOB?

At the beginning of this year I was offered a job in a large chain of department
stores, thanks to some people recommended me and I have a lot of experience in
the subject, since I have worked in this industry for the last few years. The
company is from another city, which made me think well what decisión I should
take.
 
I decided not to take the job because I have been with the
current company for a long time and it is possible that in a short
time they will make me an increase or leave me in a better
position. It was difficult to make this decision, because in the
other company the schedule was shorter, the salary was good
and the fact of living in another city might have liked me, and I
would not feel as much stress as now.
 Although sometimes I think that I should have accepted the offer,
I do not regret the decision I made, because thanks to the
company where I currently work I have been able to get ahead
together with my family, I feel that I owe loyalty and I feel
committed to it. I am currently happy in the job where I am.
