motivations, he
talks about
scientific studies
and the famous
formula:
If rewards you get more than you want if you
punish, you want. At a technology institute in

Where giving them

encourage their
redemption.
Through three
levels of rewards.
Low, medium and
high. Was always.
Rewarded the
best and they
ignored the one
with the lowest
yield. The more
you paid, the
better the
redemption.
But the greater
reward was
leading them to
poor
performance.
Studies by
economist were
very strange.
If they did not pay
people enough,
people were not
motivated. It was
said that the nest
use of money was a
motivator.
To conclude my personal opinion id,
that money was and is a motivation for
most of the people.
