General Objective:
• The strategy “Ang Kalusugan at Ang Pamilyang
Pilipino, Masaya at Organisado” (AKAP-MO) generally
aims to reach and provide quality health care to the
poor families of Region II through an organized health
care system within the community.

Specific Objective
• To assist the LGU in establishing an organized
system for primary health care in the communities
with high magnitude of poverty.

• To involve all stakeholders especially the local chief


executives in building a supportive environment that
prioritizes health in the community.

Specific Objective
• To strengthen the capacities of health workers to
assist the families in identifying their health needs and
provide appropriate health services.

• To empower the families to determine their health
