An ordinance imposing a weekly collection of
both biodegradable and non-biodegradable
wastes that can be recycled into something
productive that can benefit the community.
 WHEREAS, the barangay presently collects the
biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes of its
residents as mandated by the Republic Act 9003.

WHEREAS, the barangay evokes the betterment

of our surroundings by encouraging the residents to
participate and be part of the movement.
 WHEREAS, the barangay motivates the residents
to collect as many wastes as they can because the
person with the most number of collected wastes will
garner a token that will serve as a ticket for them to
receive a one month supply of groceries, vitamins and
other essentials.
 WHEREAS, the barangay encourages
everyone to collect their garbage and to convert it
into a productive material and to sell it to raise
funds for the barangay’s future projects.
