    Turbine wet washing procedure

    Procedure :
    1. Stop the turbine and cooled down -72 hrs or also ensure casing temperature < 50°C.
    2. Turbine operated in barring continuously..
    3. Main stream drain valve before MSSV open, Warm-up vent open & TSSV in close condition.
    4. Ensure drain pot & CRT to be drained completely & maintain minimum level to avoid
    vacuum drop.
    5. Line charging start from auxiliary PRDS, maintain Pr. 7 to 8 Kg/cm² & Temp. 180 to 200°C,
    6. Start vacuum pulling with hogger done @ 0.60 kgf/cm2
    7. ESV opened by ensuring all turbine vibrations & temperatures are in normal.
    8. Turbine RPM increased up to 800 RPM.
    9. Steam pressure noticed in turbine 5.3 Kg/cm2, Temp 172°C, exhaust Pressure -0.60kg/cm2,
    exhaust temp. 72°C.
    10. Every half an hour sample taken from Hot well and checked Silica, Ph, Conductivity.
    11.Process carried out for 8 hrs, until silica remains constant.
