 There are five main causes of electric motor
failures:

1) Over-Current
2) Low Resistance
3) Over heating
4) Contamination
5) Vibration
SOLUTION TO PREVENT MOTOR FROM
FAILURE:-

1) Over-Current – install effective overevurrent

protection
2) Low Resistance – regular inspection
3) Over heating – cool operating environment
4) Contamination – keep work area clean as
possible
5) Vibration- flat and stable surface
