Suggestions for SAP Training

• Before implementation of SAP, company should have first


focused on need analysis.
• Identifying capability of existing workforce.
• Senior managers didn’t know to write an e-mail.
• Only few new generation employees were proficient with
computers and technology.
• No peer learning and employee engagement programs.

• After the training sessions, company should take


feedback from the participants.

Induction Program for New Employees

• During induction program, new employees were not paying


adequate attention.
• Participants were observed using mobile phones during
sessions.
• Mr. Varghuese had to take action to make the training
program more interactive.
• Training program should include some videos related to
company history, vision, mission.
• There must be some participatory questions and group
activities.
