Insurance:

 Cashless card can be downloaded


 Medi-claim Intimation/Submission
 New Hospital Name can be added

 Medi-Claim Guidelines can be Fetched
 Settlement Status can be Tracked
 Medi-claim Profile
 MDR-For retired Employees
Travel & Admin:

 Domestic & International TR can generated (As per EE’s eligibility)


 Cancel, Modification & Re-Issue of air ticket
 Car Hire Service Request (As per EE’s eligibility)
 Flight Search
 Status tracking of TR
 Confirmation of request, received thru email
Access Control:

Access Control:

 New-email Request can be Generated (for new joinee)


 M3A cadre and above can approve e-mail request
 Email request can be tracked
 Email Photo Update request can be done
 E-mail photo will be later approved by concern ISD/HR Dept.
Human Resource Management:

 My Profile – Personal details can be updated & viewed


For e.g. (Address, Qualification, Exp, PP, Adhaar, PAN Cards Details,
Family Details, Additional Qualification, ID Request, Primary Mobile No.,
Photo Update, Bank Details, Vehicle AHC, etc.

 Leave/OD/Attendance – EE can apply PL/CL/SL/LTA & On Duty(OD)


EE can track their Leave Application & view yearly attendance also

 Self-Evaluation – Mandatory Process for Trainees before Conf.


 EE can update their respective personal details thru “My Profile” &
can modify above details time to time
Human Resource Management:

IS/NS/DH Approval:

 Approving leaves
 Conf. Recommendation can be done
 Evaluating Trainees performance thru conf. process
 Approving Transfer Order request
 AHC Approval, by company’s doctor & SBG-HR
 ID Card Approval, by central SBG-HR
Human Resource Management:

Employee Benefits:

 Various benefits application can be done thru this “EE Benefits” tab
 SOHRA, DLA, Briefcase, Mobile Instrument &Telephone Expense
Reimbursement, CLRA, Data Card, Personal PC Scheme etc.
 Eligible Employees have to do apply to apply thru “Employee Benefits”

 Approval letter will be received after the approval of HQ-HR & BU-Head
 Later Employees shall claim thru SSCEBC, (as per reimbursement
guidelines)
 Status of application can be checked
Human Resource Management:

FAIR (Frame-Work for Appraisal Incentive & Reward):

 KVD – For Cov. cadre & above, setting their yearly objectives
 MTR – Mid Term Review & Achievement by the FY end, as per
targeted objectives
 Self Review for S&E cadre during FAIR Process
 KVD/MTR Approval & SR recommendation & evaluation by
respective IS/NH/DH
L&T Apps:

 For viewing month wise payslip, SAF Slip, IT Statement.


 Flexi Declaration can be done by respective EEs
 Benefits claim can be done thru EBC submission for various
reimbursement like, LTA, Telephone & Internet Expenses, Monthly
Medi claim, etc.
 Domestic & International Travel expenses can be claimed thru TEMS
& i-TEMS respectively
 E-campus >> For Transit House booking request
 Retirement Benefits System – For PF Transfer, Nomination etc.
 Form B, C & 16 can viewed
EIP Vidya:

 An employee can peruse below documents thru EIP Vidya:


 Documents related to QMS, like Audit Plan & Report, LRQA and
Knowledge of Best QMS practices can be exchanged across
regions/Bus
 “Corporate Governance & Compliance” of MMH-SBG
 Site Report, Project File, Capital Equipment, etc. of various Bu’s (e.g.
MENA, M&M, BMH & EDRC) can viewed
 Various important guidelines & manuals can be availed
EIP Patra:
 EIP Patra - Official e-mail log in can be done through Internet
 Monthly Password change can be done through EIP Patra log-in
only
 Various contact details of lntecc.com domain user’s can be availed
 User Profile:
 Single click icon for user-profile option
 Help- Desk:
 HR related Query can be raised, related to T&D, Personal,
Information, SSC, Benefits, System and etc.
 Help Desk- Very much time effective due to escalation to Sr.
authority.
