Note:-
(i) Party shall quote for Unit Rate provided in column no 6 against all the items.
(ii) L-1 Evaluation shall be carried out based on total price computed in column-8.
(iii) The GST is payable extra at applicable rates prevailing at the time of execution of the job on " Total Amount".
(iv) In case “tie” of price bids, the concerned “tied” bidders
shall be called to offer maximum possible discount on their quoted rates in sealed envelope in order to decide the L-1 bidder among the tied bidders. (ref: Cl no 24.5 of annexure-
AA for further details)
(v) The "name of the DSC holder" and "the name of the bidder" entered at Cell No."B8" should match. In case of any mismatch, the offer shall be evaluated considering that of
"DSC holder".
