 ABSTRACT :
 This project is to accompany the detailed information for the
construction of a silo with multiple compartments for the
proposed designed for fulfilling the storage of granular
materials.
 We designed roof, silo wall, column, bottom slab and hopper
unit.
 We have adopted mat or raft foundation are used to reduce the
settlement of structures and also used as flexible foundation,
advantageously , for bins, bunkers, and silos.
 We referred IS 4995- 1974 part-1& part-2.
AIM OF THIS PROJECT:

The design of silos is to store bulk solids

involves bulk material, geometric, and
structural considerations.
 TYPES OF SILOS:
 Flat bottom silos
 Hopper silos
 Truck load silos
