 Laser beam lithography setup (down to 0.1 micron).
 Focused Ion Beam Etching setup
 Wire bonder
 Analysis
 Powder and thin film-based X-ray diffraction setup (XRD)
 Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) down to cryogenic temperatures (4 K)
 Photoluminescence setup down to cryogenic temperatures (4 K)
