Background: Identify the problem

The massive deployment of Internet of Things(IoT) is allowing Smart City projects and
initiatives all over the world. The IoT is a modular approach to merge various sensors with all
the ICT solutions. With over 50 billion objects will be connected and deployed in smart cities in
2020. The heart of smart cities operations is the IoT communications. IoT is designed to support
Smart City concept, which aims at utilizing the most advanced communication technologies to
promote services for the administration of the city and the citizens.

we already done a research on presenting a comprehensive review of the concepts of

IoT and smart cities and their motivations and applications. Moreover, we find the main
challenges and weaknesses of applying the IoT technologies based on smart city paradigms.
Definition: Which problem are you trying to solve and why?

In every city contains lot of problems and due to high population ,the
problems becomes double in every day . The problems like traffic
management , garbage collection, street light management etc. If it is
continue , the next future becomes very difficult to survive in cities.
We will make normal city to smart city. It makes very easy to survive
in city and every citizen feel good about services in city.
Solution: How your idea is solving the problem and making a positive impact on
customer experience

We will devolop smart parking system, Smart street light system, Smart garbage system
and water management etc., in smart city. We will use IoT and design city in smart way. For
example , In city has traffic is one of the main problem. we will find the high traffic roads in the
city by using sensors. Based on that we will direct citizens in low-traffic routes by using my
android application.

No city has android application with 100% requirements . We will develop an android
application for entire city to identify Hotels, Petrol bunks, Parking areas, Dust bins, High traffic
roads etc. This android application making a positive impact on customer experience. It reduces
the user difficulties in city.
