DÉFINITION OF FASTING

Fasting means to abstain "completely" from

foods, drinks, and smoking, before the break of the

dawn till sunset, during the entire month of

Ramadan.
Fasting is obligatory for a person in five conditions:

1-He is a Muslim
2-He is accountable
3-He is able to fast
4-He is settled (not travelling)
5-There are no impediments to fasting

Many people observe fasting as a religious obligation but
only few know the health benefits it has.

Fasting is a good practice, if properly implemented:

 It promotes elimination of toxins from the body

 reduces blood sugar and fat stores.

 It promote healthy eating habits and boost immunity.
