Lead Researcher is a person who

searches basic information of business

providers/owners thru social media or
any other information sites according
to the desired information required by
its client.
As a lead researcher, one should be
resourceful and understands what he/she is
looking for especially in the social media such
as facebook, twitter or instagram.
Using keywords or root words can be a
great help but not enough unless a lead
researcher “Reads and Understands” a possible
lead.

Renovation or refit

Reconstructed or remodeled business premises

-Refurbishment/renovation/refit leads can

only be considered by the validator if the
business premises is “under new management
or ownership” or if it is “relocating/relocated”.
Included are the following:
 Mobile Bar
 Door to Door Business/Freelancers
 Food Trucks
 Seasonal Shops/business
 Online Shops
 If a certain post’s date is a month or over from present date,
the lead is considered an old lead already.

 if premises is located in remote areas (farm)

 if premises is located inside or within the shopping center,

market or a stall

 if business is seasonal (store/shop opening only on

christmas)

 if establishment is government owned (website with .org.uk

and .gov. uk)
First thing first - search the company/business' telephone number
first before filling out the submission form

Telephone numbers from your leads have different formats as

shown below:
+44 1234 567892 = 0923 153 3501
0194 123 4450
+44 123 456 7890

+44 is UK’s telephone area code. Instead of using the area code,
use the 0 next to the first number of the company’s telephone
numbers
01234 567890 or
0123 456 7890
Post codes are important except if the company is not yet physically operating on the said
premises (opening soon)
Majority of the postcodes are in 2 sets of alphanumeric codes

Example:
SW24 2PD
NN12 0SJ

Or, you might stumble on some post codes that looks like this:
Example:
E1 2HY
G12 3TR
These postcodes are legit, so no worries with that

But single set of postcode is a no-no way

Example:
G12
EX3
EX1 7
To resolve this, copy the address of the company
Ex:
27 Market St., Staffordshire
Go to google page then search. Google will give you the right address then

Ex:
27 Market St., Staffordshire, United Kingdom ST19 0JW
Leads that has no contact details (address and tel. Nos.), just
Google it.
