because of the harm it’ll
do to your heart.

heart. When you exercise, biochemical

metabolites. This will help you burn
down calories and fat, which are
terribly harmful to the heart. It also

an important role in the health of your
heart. Exercising also normalizes your
insulin and leptin levels, which is
incredibly beneficial for your heart.
