PERMITS IMPORTERS

 Importers must obtain phytosanitary certificates of the exporting country, the


certificates which will accompany the import permits. these certificates
verify that the plant health services of the exporting country have examined
the flowers before the exit, by declaring them free of pests or diseases, the
certificates they also identify the flowers by their scientific names and
confirm that the shipment complies with the US requirements for import.
The particulars are as follows:

 The flowers must go through an inspection of the inspection service of the
health of animals and plants (animal and plant health inspection services -
APHIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (United States
Department of Agriculture - USDA and the division of plant protection and
quarantine (plant protection and quarantine-PPQ)
Certifications:

 Certificate of Origin: document which describes the origin of the load, the
number of boxes, the name and address of the importer and exporter, means
of transport and destination country. Green Seal: stamp that provides
industrial and commercial to submit an additional benefit, due to the
