How it works
● countertop convection oven that is very small
● air fryers blow air very forcefully and at very hotter
temperatures (more than regular convection)
● They use teaspoons of oil instead of cups
Pros
● No mess
● No odor
● Not as many calories
● Can cook smaller amounts of food faster than regular
ovens
● Requires less oil
● Great for quick comfort food
● Takes a shorter time than just preheating the oven
Cons
● Overhyped
● Over priced
● air-fried chicken will never taste as great as oil-fried
● If you buy frozen fried foods, you’re just reheating it
and making it less healthy by putting it in the air fryer
with more oil.
