AIR FRYER

An air fryer is a newest technological innovation on the way we cook and prepare
foods in the kitchen. An air fryer is a machine that is said to fry delicious dishes
without having to use cooking oil that could make you fat or unhealthy
It works by cooking your food using super heated air that it circulates within its
chamber.An air fryer basically works through convention.Think of it like convention
oven which has been amped up for better effficiency.Moreover,since it has a
compact space,it can cook even faster.At the top of the air fryer, we have a heating
mechanism and a fan.You then place your food in the compact space where hot air
rushes down and circulates aroud the food which is normally placed in a type of
basket that it unique to air fryers.This rapid circulation of hot air makes the food
placed in the fryer-style basket crispy similar to get when you deep fry food.Due to
our changing and fast-paced lifestyles, people are finding less and less time to
prepare healthy and nutritious dishes. They needed a machine that could cook them
food that is not just convenient but also healthy.Alongside with the fact that
processed foods and fast foods are getting fatter and fatter, people needed a way to
prepare meals that are not only nutritious but also low in fat and cholesterol.
Thus, the air fryer was born! In the third quarter of 2010, Philips Electronics
Company introduced to the world an appliance like no other, a first of its kind. With
Philips’ current motto “Innovation & You”, they had certainly taken into account the
needs of Philips’ customers and innovated with it. Philips Electronics Co., claim that
the dishes that are cooked with the Air Fryer contain up to 80% less fat. That is a
massive decrease from the grease that you ingest every time you eat oily foods such
as French fries, chips, and much more. The company also claims that the appliance is
not only limited to cooking dishes and entrees but also desserts such as cakes,
cookies, and more.People all over the world are embracing this cooking appliance.
The air fryer ensures your safety while cooking and is a great way to keep off the fat
and be healthy. Everything has advantages and disadvantages, and the same applies
to air fryers.The main reason people love air-frying is that, compared with deep-
frying, it significantly reduces overall calorie intake. In fact, most people reduce their
calorie intake by 70 to 80% on average, when using air fyers. Air fryers are also time
efficinent. “You can bake a chicken brast faster in an air fryer than you can in your
oven,and clean-up is typically easier” she says.Another benefit is if you have picky
vegetable eaters at home, air frying is a great way to crisp up veggies and make them
tastier.In the down side part one drawback to air frying is that it prompts some
people to think “This is great-I can eat fried food everyday!” Air fryer produces high
temperature at a very rapid rate, thus making it extremely easy to burn food and
charrel food may be carcinogenic
