is the process of recruiting individuals to fill
the executive position in organizations.
• Head hunting Carried out by the HR of a
company or is outsourced to an agency or job
consultant.
• It is one of the most effective methods for
sourcing and getting candidate for top
positions, who might not necessary look for a
job change
