 There are two different views about the mai
n task of teacher.According to the old view teachers ar
e the delivery of knowledge based on disciplines or les
sons.Teacher today play a role as a mentors or as hum
ans as a source for students able to help themselves.
 Learning outcomes and students learning progress are determined
by these following :
1.The relationship between teacher and students,it is an absolute requireme
nt not only as a mentor and led but also a learning partner.
2.The relationship between the teachers and the administrator,it
must be open.
3.The relationship between the teacher and parents,both have the same resp
onsibility for developing the students personal with different
Tasks.

tral-Decentral” form.
There are several essential elements rather than PGBK,namely :

r) that can be considered.
2.The criteria used in assessing in competence.
3.The students competency assessment.
4.Student development is a program determined by co
mpetencies that can be demonstrated by time or subje
ct matter.
5.Teaching programs are shown to encourage student
development and assess students mastery of certain co
mpetencies.
