Personnel remains to be in the government service as of May 15 of the

Personnel has obtained at least a satisfactory performance rating in the
immediately preceding rating period, or the applicable performance
appraisal period.

G. Performance-Based Bonus (PBB)

• How much?
Depending on the performance of the school where the
teacher/personnel is stationed.
• Requirements
Have rendered at least nine (9) months of service
Rendered a minimum of three (3) months but less than nine
(9) months of service and with the required performance
rating shall be eligible for the grant of PBB on a pro-rata
basis.
H. Step Increment

• How much?
Depending on the salary schedule & length of service
• Requirements:
Granted to qualified personnel for every three (3) years
of continuous satisfactory service in the present
position.
I. Loyalty/Longevity Pay
