REPORT STRUCTURE

A report must have a standard format which should include


following points

 Title page
 Table of content
 Abstract
 Introduction
 Discussion
 Conclusion
 Recommendation
 Reference
1. Title page:
The title page includes the basic details of a report like what the
report is about (title), name of the person by which report is made
and to whom it will be submitted, completion date, etc.

2. Table of content:
Table of content can be explain as the index which shows all the
subheadings and headings with page number.

3. Abstract:
The abstract gives a brief or can be said as summarize way of whole
report which includes purpose, methodology, finding and
conclusion of a report.
4. Introduction:
Introduction cover certain points like definition of the title, outline
of context and also the purpose of the report, so that reader can
get what the report is about.

5. Discussion:
Discussion includes findings, facts, table , diagram, graphs,
problems, solution . And a brief context or research on the topic of
report

6. Conclusion :
The important points which has been emerge in discussion, the key
findings and opinion of the person can be written in conclusion.
7. Recommendation:
The special points which writer has to add by himself for the topic
which he has selected is called recommendation. It can be ideas,
solutions ,what should be done, etc.

8. References:
Reference can be explained as giving citation or source of site
,book ,etc. from where the information has been shared , it should
be credited in reference.
