COMPANY:
• Nestlé French Nestle is a Swiss transnational food and drink company
headquartered in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. It is the largest food
company in the world, measured by revenues and other metrics, since
It ranked on the Fortune Global 500 in 2017 and on the 2016 edition of the
Forbes Global 2000 list of largest public companies. Nestlé's products include baby food,
medical food, bottled water, breakfast cereals, coffee and tea, confectionery, dairy products,
ice cream, frozen food, pet foods, and snacks and etc.

• 1) Societal Objective. In this Objectives include Legal Compliance,
Benefits, Union Management relations.
• 2) Organizational Objective: In this Ojectives include Human resourse
planning , Employee relations, selection , Training and development,
Appraisal.
• 3) Functional Objectives: Functional Objectives include Appraisal ,
Placement, Assesment.
• 4) Personal Objectives: Training and development , Appraisals,
Placement, Compensation, Assesment .

• Human Resourse planning: Human resource planning is important to
organization because it benefits the organization in several ways. Human
resource planning meets the organization need for right type of people in
right number at right times by maintaining a balance between demand
for and supply of human resources, human resource planning makes
optimum use of human resources. Human resource planning helps the
organization create and develop training and succession planning for
employees and managers. employee relations should be positive and
good understanding with other employees. Thus, it provides enough lead
time for internal succession of employees to higher positions through
promotions.
• . It also provides multiple gains to the employees by way of promotions,
increase in emoluments and other perquisites and fringe benefits. And
selection recruitment process. A performance appraisal is a regular
review of an employee's job performance and overall contribution to a
company.
3) FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVES :
• (Functional objectives include Appraisals , Placement , Assessment.)
• Appraisals in this regard are based on providing feedbacks, promotion
decision, setting and goals and counselling poor and good performers.
• Placement : Selecting the right employees and placing them in the right
positions in the company is a key Human resourse department function
plays a vital role for the company success. Every emplyees have
different skills and qulafication also for the specific specialization in his
field for example Human resourse management and Marking
Management . In every orgainzation there are multiple departments . So
selecting the right employee according to his Specialization and placing
them in the right positions or right department in the organization.

Human Resource Management is a key function in an organization. Having a


flexible workforce with the right skills and qualifications means that a business
is better able to respond and adapt to changes in the market. Taking an
innovative approach to recruitment and selection ensures that a business
recruits and selects the right candidates who can grow and develop with the
business.
