of COMPUTER
Computers are widely
used in almost every area of
human endeavor. In any
industry, they serve various
essential functions that
improve our way of doings,
our way of life.
Essential uses of computers
1. Commerce :
---Computing Purchased total bill ( in
Malls and Department Stores )
---Visible uses of computer in banking
20th century, retail transactions made up the largest part of e-
commerce. Consumers purchased computers, airline tickets, hotel
rooms, automobiles, clothing, electronics, books, event tickets, food,
furniture, and countless other commodities over the Internet. Business-
to-business commerce represented one of the fastest growing segments
of e-commerce. Businesses ordered supplies and coordinated
complicated projects electronically.

administrative activities like filing and
accounting.

help drivers to navigate. Companies that use
fleets of vehicles, such as delivery companies,
can use satellite technology to monitor the
location of their vehicles at all times and
improve efficiency
