educational goal by paying attention to various components
of education so that it can make improvements to the
education system by utilizing multiple supporting devices for
learning and teaching activities.

depends on the fundamentals, then we must know and evaluate
the basis of good educational administration . we will can start
examine with a teacher developmentation , because the teacher
is a leader, the teacher has good responsibilities, in the
classroom or outside the classroom, as contributing to perfect
teaching practices, the teacher can influence the whole school.

(2) Operational Democracy
(3) Justice
(4) Equality of Opportunity
(5) Prudence
(6) Adaptability, Flexibility and Stability.
Concept Of Educational
