Anemia is one of the diseases that often affects the community, both
children, adolescents of childbearing age, pregnant women or parents. The
causes are very diverse, from those due to bleeding, iron deficiency, folic
acid, vitamin B12, to hemolytic abnormalities.
ETIOLOGY
pale, weak, tired quickly, cold sweat, tachycardia, hypotension, palpitations, tachypnea
(during physical exercise), mucosal anorexia, diarrhea, jaundice.
PREVENTION
1. Foods rich in iron and folic acid, such as meat, cereals, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, bread, and fruits
2. Foods rich in vitamin B12, such as milk and its derivatives, as well as soy-based foods, such as tempeh and
tofu.
3. Fruits rich in vitamin C, such as oranges, melons, tomatoes, and strawberries
