 1. Be realistic
• Be realistic about how college will help to get a
job.
• Be realistic and to make sure that the degree is
remarkable one.
• Be realistic about your skills and interest and lay.
• Be realistic about the future. And act according o
probabilities and tendencies.
• See your challenges as pre determined aspects of
life, which can move our towards goals.
 2.Get organized
• Organized at the beginning of the semester.
• Organized yourself according to outline .
• Organize your lecture each day.
• To get better organized, keep a study diary.
• Organize a place to study and to make sure
best use of time.
• Write to do list and make a priority list.
 3. Persist
• Learn to persist – to struggle through each
day.
• Students motivation leads to persistent
• Belief in yourself.
• Believe in Allah to achieve success.
• Being knocked about is unfair because it is
heard enough without having to cope with
some of life special hardships.
 Be positive:
• Have faith in your ability to learn.
• Be proud and pleased that you bought your
self to college for better future.
• Refuse to use self doubt and excuse for not
trying,hardwaork.
• Be positive and give school your best shot.
 Grow:
• Always open yourself for growth.
• If you have a spirit, you can grow.
• No one should turn down lightly and
opportune for growth.
• If you are not organized and well planned then
there is no growth.
 Conclusion:
When we have a belief in our self and in Allah
almighty then no one can demotivate you. We
should have strong believe in our skills and
abilities so we can succeed highly besides this
we should plan for a realistic career ,get
themselves organised,learn to persist, be
positive, and open themselves to growth..
