HOW to be modern and to continue the tradition, how to recieve
an old dorment civilization as part of universal civilization. The site is located in sector 10,rohini which is a commercila centre for the city. Site is located in
the twin distinct centre which is a residential area of the city, well connected to a metro station. A
STREETS AND PLAZAS metro station is just above the site of city centre. Site is accessed with the 4 side main roads
Concept is taken from the lively and colourful disposition of the suitable for any commercial project.

BREAKING THE MASSES

Closed box
Most of the commercial complexes are closed conditioned with
high end facilities to limited segments of people without the
richness of cultural and socila aspects.
Courtyard
Breaking the box to insert life into it. It may be used as a cultural,
social, and environmental purpose. The composition now have
different character of its own.
Plaza
Creating bigger plaza to club more activities that is mixed usse
development, now it is about the composition of activities,
people, spaces, that creates the whole ambiance project.

Interconnected plaza
Now connecting different spaces or plazas with specific activities
to form one composition that will unite the realm.
