Introduction
An issue which usually generates a great deal of attention from most managers,
administrators and those involved in Human Resources Management is the issue of
how to successfully motivate employee. While it is true that aspects like staff
recruitment, controlling, managing, leading, and many more are of great
importance to the success of an organization, Employee Motivation is generally
considered a core element in running a successful business.
Motivation

people must understand why they're working hard. Every individual in an
organization is motivated by something different." - Rick Pitino
Primary Objective:
To study the important factors which are needed to motivate the employees.
Secondary Objective:
To study the effect of monetary and non monetary benefits of employees provided by
company on the employee’s performance.
Sampling method:
respondents selected randomly so simple random sampling method is used.
Sample size:
40 respondents of various departments
Research design:
study is exploratory and descriptive in nature.
Variables:
(1). Independent: Sex, age, income
(2). Dependant: Employee motivation.
Responses received were not free from respondent biases because of their
apprehension that it might affect their career
