STARTEK Finger Print Device

Check – whether the Finger Print Device is already installed in the identified System or not.
If not then you may install the Finger Print Device in the system.
Download the required drivers for STARTEK Finger Print Device
From http://basreports.attendance.gov.in/downloads/

We have STARTEK Finger Print Device – Hence we are downloading the respective Zip file
StarTek_FM220_RD_service.zip” which contains the device driver. You have to download /install
the respective driver file for the FingerPrint device which you have.
After unzipping the above “StarTek_FM220_RD_service.zip” file you will get 2 Setup Files & an
Installation Manual. You may refer the Installation Manual given with the Zip file to install your
Finger Print Device
First run the setup file Setup_FM220_RDservice.msi
This is a old device – Hence we have installed the RD Service.
This may not be required for new devices
Now you have to install the support tools for the FingerPrint
Device by executing the File “Setup_FM220_Support.msi”
The Folliwng Will Update Device Driver of installed
Finger Print Device
The following Will now Update Device Driver for
installed Finger Print Device
