TTLG
◦ Train to Look Good (TTLG), improve athletic capacity
& condition. This program is beneficial for: Students,
Working professionals, Brides, Grooms for stamina building.
TRX
◦ Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form
of suspension training. TRX uses body weight exercises to
develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability
simultaneously. It can improve mobility and stability, increase
metabolic results, build lean muscle, and develop functional
strength.
CROSS
CONDITIONING
◦ Cross Conditioning is a strength and
conditioning program consisting mainly of a
mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body
weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting.
Cross Conditioning is Hour-long classes at
box, typically include a warm-up, a skill
development segment, the high-intensity
"workout of the day" (or WOD) and a
period of individual or group stretching.
REFORMER
PILATES
◦ A wide variety of exercises are done on
the reformer to promote length, strength,
flexibility, and balance. One of the best
things about the reformer is its versatility.
In other words, the reformer can train
many parts and dynamics of the body in
many different ways with just one relatively
sleek piece of equipment.
GYMNASTICS
◦ Gymnastics is a sport that requires
balance, strength, flexibility, agility,
coordination, and endurance. The
movements involved in gymnastics
contribute to the development of the arms,
legs, shoulders, back, chest and abdominal
muscle groups.
BOXING
◦ Boxing is a combat sport in which
people, usually wearing protective gloves,
throw punches at each other for a
predetermined set of time in a boxing ring.
Boxing fitness training is vital to maximize
performance and stamina of individual. It
also helps burn calories.
VIPR
◦ VIPR bridges the gap between movement and strength
training. It combines full-body movement with load,
enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals
of clients and athletes. Agility and strength come from
moving the body in a multitude of purposeful tasks with
load.
ZUMBA
◦ Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between
high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your
heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
YOGA
◦ Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and
spiritual practices or disciplines which
originated in ancient India. Yoga as
exercise is a modern exercise practice
influenced by hatha yoga. It involves
holding stretches as a kind of low-impact
physical exercise, and is often used for
therapeutic purposes.
