RESEARCH PROBLEM:

Research Problem: There is a big gap between


academic and job environment. Nowadays many
academics are providing only theoretical
knowledge and facing a failure to make their
students job-ready after graduation. They need to
make changes to prepare their students for future
careers.

• What are the reason students are going for higher

Objective
 Our objective of this research is to identify the problem of
modern educational system. To collect the primary data
from different resources and come up with the solution that
how academics can provide practical based education which
is useful in future job.
 To analyze the students perception towards their institute.
 To know the working culture of different institutions.
 To know the intention of the students for higher studies.
 To know the thoughts of the people who are the part of the
institute.

CROSS SECTIONAL RESEARCH DESIGN


JUSTIFICATION:
• DESCRIBING THE CHARACTERSTICS,FEATURES OF STUDENTS , THEIR
EXPECTATIONS FROM THEIR INSTITUTIONS.

• In this we have studied the students expectation from their college


for approx. 1 month so this will subsequently be “SINGLE CROSS
SECTIONAL RESEARCH DESIGN”.
Data collection
We have made questionnaire by using “Google
Forms” and then spread the link of the form to the
students in different places of PAN India. We have
also used social media like WhatsApp, Facebook etc.
