Launch of Android Application

As the project was a real-time project, the co-launched an Android


application called VAJRA where Daily-Salesman can take quick order
on outlets in less time.
Specifications and features of the app:
•Name of the outlet.
•Address of the outlet.
•Outlet’s daily sales.
•Feature to fill the Monthly display rental.
•Feature to upload Pictures of Outlet front, Shelf Stock, under the table
stock.
•Real-time location, i.e. directly connected through GPS
•The app has the feature to collect all the information and provide it to
the server in real time. This app also has the function to make the
company enable us to get daily updates on how many outlets get
enrolled daily. In this way, the monitoring of the project became very
easy with this application.

• DS (Daily Salesman): A person responsible for taking accurate order,
collecting cash and maintaining desired freshness in the outlets assigned to
his beats for particular categories assigned to him in the market on daily
basis.
• TL (Team Leader/ supervisor): Team Leader of 5 to 6 salesmen responsible
for:
• Managing Demand-supply of ITC cigarettes and other products.
• Promotions
• Communicating the offers by the co. to retailers
• Placing and positioning new brands
• Maintaining visibility of ITC products
• Collecting feedbacks and managing the Company - retailer relationships.
