AIM :
The aim is to provide the users with an affordable,
comfortable and an enjoyable experience, and to
make the space a retreat, away from the city lives
through different kinds of sports.

• The overall aim of this project is to create a resort whereby


sustainable relationship with the local economy, culture and
the local heritage is central.

• To provide an eco sensitive environment which is nested with


pools ,coconut grooves with views of plantation and idyllic
landscape.

• Site planning with special emphasis on the design on outdoor


spaces and water interface.

and its relation with the climate and environment.
