• The business idea for our product of Jerky began in August 2019, after a discussion with my
BUSINESS PARTNER: HASSAAN QAISER & Hunair Arshad regarding ways to make a product
that would make having meat an on the go or hassle free snack and at the same time, a
sort of protein bar type of thing for those health conscious

• we came up with a plan to introduce a dried version of meat and used smoking, as it
preserves, flavours and dries the meat simultaneously

MISSION STATEMENT

Our vision for our company is to become a leader

in meat jerky & other Protein snacking not only in
the Pakistan but in the whole world. Once you taste
our jerky you'll be a believer, too!
MARKET ANALYSIS 7
 Location
• We chose Garden Town, Defence & Model Town as our
location because of its feasibility as it is accessible and
located near all the famous joints for fast foods and dining
restaurants.
 Competition
• We will be the only pioneers in introducing this product in
the market but we will face competition with big players of
fast foods, we believe our product will be the healthy meat
or beef substitute from the rest of them.
 Price
• Rs. 150 Per Bag.
 Quantity
• One bag of jerky will contain 4 strips.
• 30 g portion of fresh jerky contains 10–15 g of protein, 1 g of
fat, and 0–3 g of carbohydrates.
