 CHALLENGES
• THE PARKING LOTS FOR TWO WHEELERS IS NOT ASSIGNED . SO FIRST WE
HAD TO ASSIGN CERTAIN NUMBER OF SLOTS FOR TWO WHEELERS .

How many parking slots are free in each floor?

 Entrance
When the vehicle enters into the parking lot, the camera sensor captures the image of the vehicle as
an input and adds the count as a filled slot as an output.

 Exit
When the vehicle exits from the parking lot, the camera sensor captures the image of the vehicle as
an input and subtracts the count from the filled slot as an output.
 Phase 2
• Which slot is free in each level?
 One Camera Module is used for minimum of three slots.
 Using Camera Module we can detect the slot number which has empty slots.
 As it already has a information of the total count of the vehicles that has to be parked.
Therefore, it will subtract the occupied vehicles from the total vehicles count to give the
information of the slot number which has empty slots.

 If the slot is empty a GREEN light will be displayed and if the slot is full RED light will
be displayed.
• Monitoring the Parking Disciplinary
If any vehicle is not parked properly inside the slot then the camera captures the number
plate of the car and details of the owner of the car is found out. From these details, the
owner is alerted that he has not parked properly .
