• How they satisfy customer by their services how they handle complaint.
• The main concept in the service industry is the team work and how the work is appointed to the
members.
• The reason I choose to follow an internship is because I wanted to benefit from the experience.
I wanted a new challenges And to learn, improve and develop new sets of skills of marketing.
SELECTION PROCESS
I had approached at Burhani medical and provision stores, Dholka presenting the Internship
letter provided from the college and my resume.
Following this, I got a call from Mansur minat for the personal Interview with my Resume
and Internship letter.
After an interview, they asked me about the specific area for internship and offer letter was
issued.
I did my internship under Mansur minat( proprietor of the Burhani medical and provision
stores ) and was guided by her for my project.
AREAS OF WORK
Research

First two weeks I was supposed to learn what my project is about and make the power point
presentation on my findings on Osteoarthritis treatments.
I was working on findings of medicines where firstly I need to learn about osteoarthritis and what
relevant medicines are used in treatment by other companies.
It is because company is going to launch new medicines in the market and also in cheaper rates in
competition to other companies.
I was only supposed to do findings on medicines for example : What ingredients are used in other
medicines for the precautions on osteoarthritis. There were about 200 medicines which are the
precaution of osteoarthritis where I find most of medicines ingredients and completed my first so ever
task given by my boss.
AREAS OF WORK
Company Conferences

I attended many conferences where I learned how quick decision are taken, how the given task
is been completed on time on tough situations, how query is solved with in short time. Most
important while attending conferences I learn to communicate, from loud speaker I learned to
be soft speaker. In conference we used to discuss our whole week report so we could find how
much our target is been completed and how much remains for the month
AREAS OF WORK
Ethics

I learned how ethically firm is working and how company treats to their employees. Everyone
gets rights to speak on his opinion on what current decision should be taken on going project.
Mainly from Boss to employees all are been equally treated. I never saw any of being partial to
any employee : they literally work as per rules and guidance of the company. So I learned a lot
how to follow ethics.
AREAS OF WORK
Developing a marketing strategy

The process usually begins with a scan of the business environment, both internal and external,
which includes understanding strategic constraints. It is generally necessary to try to grasp many
aspects of the external environment, including technological, economic, cultural, political and
legal aspects. Goals are chosen. Then, a marketing strategy or marketing plan is an explanation
of what specific actions will be taken over time to achieve the objectives
CHALLENGES FACED
Time Management was a concern as there were rotation duties to taken care of staff.

Dealing with uneducated (Attendant staff) workforce.

Communication Gap.
CONCLUSION
 This is the 1st work experience for me in the organization and it changed my whole view point of
working for the industry.
when we were just reading books and giving the exam was easy but in this practical exposure we
have to come out from our comfort zone and understand things, learn new things and also
developing new skills.
From my point of view it was much interesting than studies because we meet new people also
learned new things and applying strategies
It was totally different culture in the companies which I thought, it was an amazing experience
and all people I met in the organization were having very good communication skills.
